If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

All requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund—without exception.

We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective

  • You contact us within 48 hours of delivery

To be approved, your item must be:

  • Include all tags, pouches, and gift boxes

  • Returned only after receiving confirmation from our team

  • Any request made after 48 hours

  • Products that are used, worn, or damaged by the customer

  • Items bought on sale, clearance, or promotion (no return, no refund, no exchange)

  • Personalized or customized items
