Return & Exchange Window

If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Requests made after 48 hours will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Exchange Conditions

To qualify for an exchange, your item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Returned with all tags, pouches, and gift boxes included.
Sent back only after receiving confirmation from our team.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

Requests made after the 48-hour timeframe.
Products that are used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
Items purchased during sales, clearance, or promotional offers.
Personalized or customized items.
